Customer Service

We are here to assist you with changes and cancellations, as well as to answer questions you might have about your journey. Our customer service has good knowledge of the railway network and other types of public transport in Norway.

Our opening hours

  • Mondays to Fridays: 07:00 – 23:00
  • Saturdays: 08:00 – 21:00
  • Sundays: 09:00 – 23:00

Please note that the opening hours during holidays and vacations might differ from the ordinary opening hours.

Ticket sale and help at the train stations

Most train stations in Norway have no working staff. At the largest train stations on SJ Norge’s routes however, there is staff working for Entur. They will assist you with ticket purchases and answer any questions you might have. The staff at Entur is very knowledgeable about train transportation and other forms of public transportation in Norway.

  • Oslo S
  • Oslo Airport – Gardermoen
  • Trondheim S

Universal accessibility

SJ Norge aims to provide universal accessibility for all our users following the AA standard in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1.).

Group reservations

Groups consisting of 10 people or more may book by contacting us at: [email protected].

The opening hours for group travels are:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 – 16.00
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: closed
